I love these Anderson connectors. It makes it super simple to remove my amplifier on top of my custom sub box. I have a beauty panel covering it all and it takes up a lot of the trunk on my 22 540i and the battery is in the rear. So I have to have easy access to the back. The build quality of these connectors are really nice and hold up well. It is super easy and fast to remove my amplifier.

Good quality and muuuuuuuch cheaper than buying them at a local auto parts store. I use them in sub zero temperatures with no problems. They also come with the nice cover that the auto parts store ones do not have!

Makes it easier to get change out batteries on my bulldozer. Set up the charger so all I have to do is plug in works great.

They are easy to put together once you figure out which way the metal inserts go. Seem to be very durable, maybe a little on the brittle side as far as the plastic parts, but they are thick. When put together they lock with a solid click and does require some force to pull apart. I have a truck with front and rear receivers for placing a portable winch on the truck. So I put a plug both on the front and rear ends and one on the winch to change it from a hard wire to a plug in. That left me with a spare plug so I modified a set of jumper cables so that they can plug into either plug on the truck. I can jump or be jumped by just plugging in the one end of the cables to my truck and clamping the other end to another vehicle's battery. I also put a battery switch under the hood so that I can turn the plugs on one at a time, both on at the same time or both off. Off will be the normal state of things unless I need the plug to be energized. Now there's no chance of my battery being shorted by something being stuck in the plugs. Just a little extra insurance.

First box I received was missing 1 of the crimping lugs, but Amazon very quickly sent a new one that had everything included.The connectors just barely fit typical 6awg wire, so if you use heatshrink it is going to be super tight and somewhat difficult to snap the lugs into place. Once you do get them snapped, they are definitely not coming out on accident!The added holes to mount to surfaces is a great touch as well.
