Quality is good but costly !!!
No doubt the Quality is very good but some measurement, looks wise it can be improved. It's too expensive comparatively.

Well designed nice chair which is very light and supports back well
I liked it because it is light weight and comfortable. I purchased it twice. Price increased by between the two by 25 % within 6 months which is little high.

Poor comfort
The chair is sturdy and built well. The back is erect and requires quite some effort to lean back even with the lowest setting. Erect back make the short arm rest uncomfortable as well. Poor ergonomics defeats the purpose of getting a chair like this. I have another Amazon basics chair which is 1/3rd of the price of this chair , but is way better in comfort.Stay away from this chair.

Worst product
Worst product and worst customer service by Godrej. Chair was making noise even we slightly move. When i raised a ticket they said that noise is common in that chair. Thats a sick answer. They don’t accept that it is defective piece.
