So far I’ve used this maybe three times and I really like it. It doesn’t give you that itchy tingly feeling that products like C4 do. I go into the gym and I’m lifting like crazy after having taken a break for a while. It is sour like it says, which is kind of fun, but it does leave your mouth blue with the blue raspberry flavor. Doesn’t come out with swishing around water, but comes right off when I start to chew some gum (probably Should mention that I dry scoop). I don’t feel any negative side effects and it doesn’t keep me up for hours after either which I Really like. I don’t feel like I need to gulp down a bunch of Water either.

Biggest call out is the flavor…it says sour and it means it! I like the candy watermelons, but this is much more sour/sweet. I doubled the amount of water and even then it was still a face-puckering kick of sour. Always appreciate the flavors of the Ghost product line because they are spot on, but the sour was a bit stronger than anticipated and that’s why I’m dropping to 4-stars. In terms of the product quality, packaging, and doing what’s is supposed to…all spot on. I like that the scooper was secured to inside rim at top over digging for it in the powder. You may want to remove the freshness packet relatively quickly because it makes scooping difficult, but that’s a personal preference.

Not sure if this stuff is effective compared to the many different supplements but I like it the flavor is nice it devolves easily and the energy I get from this is pretty good and good and effective with no pain

If you're into BCAA and other supplementation for workouts, it is likely that you have heard of Ghost. We've tried a couple of their products and wow do they hit the spot during the most grueling of workouts. While the tangible benefits are obviously there, little matters if the drink doesn't taste great. Lucky for this product the taste is awesome. Something about a sour drink during a workout really hits. Dissolving was also better than many products in this category. Give one of these flavors a try, I've been very impressed.

Tastes okay but I felt nothing with it. It didn’t give me energy. I even doubled the scoop and it still did nothing. I already opened it so I can’t return it so I guess I’ll just keep it for nothing.
