I'm changing my reviews. I bought this in 2021. The battery's don't last long and after a year the warranty is over. The battery's didn't hold a good charge. After 6 months my cord stopped working and they had to send a new one. My back up beep worked for about a few months. Now it works when it feels like it. They sent me a new battery indicator because it stopped working. It still doesn't work properly. My steering wheel doesn't stay up like it should. It slides down. Even if its locked in place. My arm rests don't stay in chair position. They fall to the sides and won't stay in place. You only get a year warranty on everything. I don't know about you but $2,000 is a lot of money for something that half works. Don't buy this. Its crap!

I didn't like the fact that they charge an overstocking fee and no return postage and still waiting on a refund, almost 2 wks. has gone by without a refund. I didn't even use the scooter, was too heavy to lift.

Still evaluating. Only had the device for three days and have not been able to fully utilize due to weather conditions.
