Works well but suggest you watch YouTube video first to prevent damaging the tool. Good valve for the money and cuts a perfect hole.

Perfect. Does a great job of making neat holes for the fixings. One tip though, use a thick magazine or some layers of thin cardboard under the material as the tool works better against a softer surface and will stay sharp longer..

Great little tool, works a treat! Recommend watching their video for top tips on how to use it (really need to use that old magazine) as our first tool snapped! Would have been happier if it was a bit bigger, just so I had more to hold on to and could keep my fingers away from the hammer!

This is a specialised tool to punch the appropriate type of hole in the cover material that you wish to fit to your boat, trailer etc. The material I was working with was relatively thick and very tough; this tool was more than up to the task and easily took a lot of hammer blows needed to get the perforations done. One minor negative, the main hole it punches was just a tiny bit too small for the make of turn buckles I had purchased which then necessitated some trimming work with a sharp blade.

Handy item do recommend

I had some canvas sides made for a summerhouse . I needed to fit marine grade stainless fasteners and canvas is quite tough . This bit of kit did the job really well punching holes in the right places . The fasteners were then really easy to fit . Good product . 👍
