Please Love Me at My Worst

I read this book in literally two days. I felt the most of the poems connected with my life. There were some that didn't but I don't think I'll ever find one that is 100% aligned with my life. Due to this book being an easy read and not long, I would recommend it.

This book of poems is a quick read, but it isn’t an easy one. You have to pause, chew up the words, and digest them. These poems do not hide behind flowery language or metaphor; they’re direct with their meanings. I like the candor the author has here. These poems are confessions, words pulled directly from her thoughts. Yet they are relatable. Very good!

In not sure what I was expecting. When I read these books I always learn something New and different about myself I would have never say and thought about.

My deepest secrets were exposed on these pages. My inner thoughts and feelings, all written in the most beautiful of ways. This was perfectly and completely written with the utmost care and love. Short read, but packs a good punch. It’s a must read. Go read it now.
