Item as described, works well with resistance training bands, must have for therapeutic exercises. And it just resistance band training.

At first I didn't really care for this that much as it was kind of difficult to figure out how to put on. But once you do that, it really does make everything so much easier. In general, it's sturdy, doesn't move.I'd recommend it

Lots of loops gives you lots of options up and down but, I have a hard time getting into fit tightly so there's a lot of give when there is a resistance pool against it so it causes you to stand really far away from your start point. Very easy to use excellent for travel very light

I am now awaiting the replacement model, which I hope will live up to the promised standards. Updated: Seller wrote to me and offered me a full refund or a free upgrade to the version of this with the ratchet. I thought that was good. This version without the ratchet is too loose to use in a small space-- I had it on my basement door in a hallway which would have had enough room had it been tight, but not enough with the give it had due to a staircase. The concept of this is great, but it's not possible to tighten it all the way. If you are planning on using it in a smaller space like this, consider the ratchet one, though I can't speak to its effectiveness because I did not get that one.

I have been trying to use resistance bands for the last year and a half since going to physical therapy (PT) and getting help learning exercises to strengthen my shoulders. I had tried wedging the band between the door and the jamb, etc, etc. Finally I just stopped doing them and my shoulders got worse again. I already had the bands, so I just got the anchor strap, and it has made a huge difference for me. I don't like doing the exercises to begin with, so any additional setup/inconvenience was too much. The strap just stays on the door all the time, closer to the doorknob, which has worked fine, because my husband hangs his pants on the back of our bedroom door. I grab the resistance band, thread it through the space, and then do my exercises in about 15 minutes. No effort, has not *moved* since I put it on the door. My cat occasionally plays with the extra bit that hangs down, but so far that has not caused any issues. It's as secure as when I put it up 2 months ago. Be prepared for the anchor strap to pull away from the door a bit when you pull towards you - it's supposed to do that and not lay flat against the door, so give yourself a few extra inches. I literally have like not even 3 feet to do my exercises in but this makes it so easy that it's enough. So grateful for this brilliant product! Will update my review if I run into any issues in the future.

What an awesome invention! Strong, easy to install, quality, great price & I get the results I desire. Thank you to whomever invented this because I have several herniated disks in my neck/lower back & this helps me retrain the muscles to hold my vertebrae in place. I’ve tried other over the door workout equipment, but for my needs, this is the best!

Easy to attach to door. Quite sturdy within weight restrictions. Works well overall. Would recommend.
