Philips 12499 LongerLife Miniature Bulb, 2 Pack Works as intended. These seem to be a bit hard to locate locally, most auto supply shops have the higher wattage tail light bulbs but don't stock these 21/5 watt. They work.

Does the job for a good price.
Installed just fine and fit my 1995 BMW e36 m3 just fine! Seems great quality, no issues so far. Can't comment on lifespan since it has only been a day or two but I trust Phillips.

Good if you don’t want LED
They work but the issue is that the brightness is minimal due to the type of bulb. I ended up going with LED instead, which happened to burn brighter and consume less energy.

Worked perfectly
This was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to replace a burnt out tail light and I have an extra bulb for when the next one needs replacing.

I can see clearly now...
I am thankful for Philips capitalizing on the work that Davy, Edison etc. contributed to the invention and development of the light bulb as we know it. As result of this collaboration I was able to bring light to my stove top. This allowed me to see in detail how quickly I am capable of ruining a one-pot recipe. The light is easy to install, bright enough and lasts as long as the electricity is stable. I had to replace the bulbs a few times, but this is thanks to the price we pay for living on an island where there are constant power spikes and shortages, which obviously impacts on the lifespan of bulbs.

Does what you need it to do
For those with inexperience:My car is an early 2000's, and has a double contact prong in the light bulb socket. Don't worry if your contacts are oval shaped. Just be sure to twist the small knobs to lock the bulb in place. The round contacts will work just fine. The light brightness is better than the factory bulb in my opinion.
