I purchased the Sounce 3-Port HDMI Switch and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The HDMI cable barely fits—only inserts halfway—and none of the indicator lights work. The device is completely non-functional. To make matters worse, there's no option for replacement or return, leaving me stuck with a useless product. After reading other reviews, it's clear I'm not alone. Many users have faced similar issues, and contacting customer service seems pointless. This feels like a scam product with zero quality control or accountability. I strongly advise others to stay away—this switch is not worth your time or money.

This is a very good device. Low cost and does what is needed, which is to share a single screen among multiple devices.

Did not work. Don't buy this product waste of money and time. However Amazon returned the money back but I lost valuable time waiting for the product to arrive and connect two devices to my laptop. The seller musr do a quality check prior to delivery of the product to customers.

Great Product at a decent price just plug in and there you go. Quality is good gold plated main port. In middle there is a small select button by pressing it you can select which port to be used. Disappointed because you can not play or use all 3 ports simultaneously. I just connected my d2h and firestick and as possible you cannot play firestick and d2h that's understandable but I have to connect my soundbar also but God knows how can I use 2 ports together. There has be the option of playing all 3 ports together. That is why 3 stars otherwise 4 stars.
