First off, let me explain my 5-star rating. I love these shoes and think they are really really cute! I feel the 5-star rating explains the shoes themselves and would not be fair to give it any less just because the way they fit or Amazon's policy of return.On with the review.....These shoes are really cute, but definitely either a half-size or whole-size too small. Who would have guessed! I procrastinated about returning them, although I knew this is what I had to do, so when I finally got around to it, Amazon said I waited too long and am now stuck with them. I guess I can put them on the site to sell as "used" although they are brand new and never been worn! I am disappointed I cannot return them, but I guess rules are rules!

I really wanted to love these! They're adorable and the faux pony fur looks so great but holy mother are they SMALL. I even posted a question before ordering and sized up based on the answer. Still too small. I wear an 8.5 and got the 9 - hahaha nope. The 10 would have definitely been better. So if you're in between sizes, round up and then go one size even LARGER. I'm going to return them and try for the 10 because they really are so dang cute!

There is no way these shoes are true to size. I normally wear an 8, however I wanted them a size bigger so I could pair with tights in the winter. When I received them, I promptly put them on only to realize I couldn't get them on. The packaging was also nicer than the shoe itself. The soles are made from a velvet material, and the shoe itself felt like a cheap fuzzy cotton.

You wouldn't expect a $10 shoe to have much padding or luxury details, and you don't get them with this. What do you get is a pretty cute simulated pony-hair flat that is relatively comfortable and smack on trend for the smoking loafer look.

Looks way better in the picture. They are not very cute in person! Had they been more than $6 I would immediately have returned.Hopefully, one day they can work with a Halloween costume or something....

Did not fit at all,this size 9 shoe would fit a person that wears a size 8 since it cut so small,might take another chance and buy again but a bigger size.

These shoes came in a size 8 instead of 9 like requested. They feel very cheap and the pleather the insides are made of dig into your skin.

It's too small and the material is not what is described I am very disappointed. I wanted it for a an occasion and it is useless to me and no one wants it either. Waste of money. I wear 7.5/8 ordered 9 based on feedback and it was still uncomfortable.
