I don't care about the U/L listing. It's a good value.
I don't care about the U/L listing. It's a good value. Just know what you are doing if you wire them yourself. These should more than handle the current my cord wire (extension cord) is rated for. Be sure to check that all the small screws are accounted for before you throw away the packaging, in case one or more came loose.

Not bad for price.
Only two prongs have the washer to hold a wire. Ground only has a screw to fasten wire.

Electric Plugs, male and female, to build your own extension cords
I try to buy electric wire (lamp cord or extension cord wire) in bulk and built my own cords. That way I can get the exact length and gauge wire needed. These plugs are a bit bulky, but also heavy duty. My only issue is that attaching the bare copper wire to the electrodes can be time consuming. Once built they connect nicely and are sturdy. Remember to always use a multimeter to make sure the black wire is connected to correct electrode at both ends, same for the white and bare copper (or green) electrode.

GOOD VALUE, (but 1 had a issue)
All except 1 female connector arrived problem free. Bent female "copper Ground receiving fingers" physically blocked the male ground pin hole! A flashlight helped discover the problem. Disassembly and a realignment resolved the issues. Some may say I needed to disassemble ALL of them anyway to put them to work and that's true... I just didn't expect troubleshooting before I began.

Not secure or safe
These are not UL listed. The screws to hold the connectors closed were not long enough to do the job, so the end can easily pull off exposing wires. The yellow plastic parts that hold the actual connectors in place, opened up - I suspect due to poor quality and incomplete filling of the mold during manufacture. The male plug wire screws were not color coded to show which side the black wire goes to, making it hard to properly wire. I don't think these are safe, so I've returned them and will look for something that has been tested by UL.

Great Replacement
Great for replacing bad electrical cord ends that have been damaged are cords that damaged ( Lol. Like when cousin used your weed wacker, and shorten your cord a bit, by accident )

Cheap fix, and it works....but
For the price, you really can't beat this. BUT it doesn't seem to be built to be a long lasting solution. The screw holes are tricky to line up for the final closing of the ends, and they strip out VERY easy. Typically, the screws inside a socket, plug, or switch will be color coded to guide you in which wire needs to be connected where, but all of the screws inside are the same color on these...so you will have to look up a wiring guide to be sure you connect each wire in the correct location. The socket doesn't hold an inserted plug very firmly, so it can slip out pretty easily. I think they will be fine for repair on the extension cord in my garage that sees light use in a set location, but I really don't see them holding up if used on a more frequent or more mobile basis.

Loose
A bit loose when connected compared to the ones bought at reno stores. But much cheaper in price
