Rocket Radio is definitely needed. The M521 is just the antennae. It is used only as a collector for the radio frequencies being aimed towards it, and then a transmitter to talk back to that radio.

Q: Can i connect it with a base radio rocket 5ac prism to 2 pbe-5ac-620 and 2 rocket 5ac prism with 34dbi antennas over 25 km maximum distance distance?

Those are manufactured questions. But any ubnt ac equipment should be able to connect to it

Q: Does this come with the cables to plug it into the radio or do they need to be purchased separately?

No cables come with the antenna. Cables are included with the Rocket radio to connect the radio to the antenna. The Rocket radio also includes a power injector over Ethernet to power the radio. You will need to supply the Ethernet cables to connect the radio to the power injector and a 2nd cable from the power injector to your switch.

Q: What's the range on these devices?

about 10 to 15 miles. I have some out at 24 miles with rocket dishes on the other end.
