Happy with the efficiency

Damaged and no service center
My steamer is broken and i couldn't find a service center in UAE that could help me "under warranty". Would anyone be able.to help me. Just used few times and now it won't work.

Lightweight and effective
Effective in smoothing light creases. The smell it gave off on the first use got me worried, like burnt cord. But after the second use it went away.

Makes clothes damp.. Not useful
It doesn't iron properly. Not easy to use plus it makes vlotnes damp directly after you finish
