Excellent Product!
Delivered to Manila in less than a week! Works right out of the box. Tested on a 43" TCL 4K HDR TV over 75ft projecting off a Laptop with a WQHD [2560x1440 16:9] screen. Images and Video were crisp and colors were reasonably vibrant though not identical but exceeded my expectations. Audio was clear. This was the order of connections that I followed: (1). Connect Cat 6A [Cat6A Snagless Long Shielded SSTP SFTP 26AWG 4 Pair] cable to transmitter and receiver; (2). Keep the EDID switch at RX; (3). Have no intention of using IR so they weren't connected; (4). Connected HDMI cables to transmitter and receiver; (5). Powered up the transmitter; (6). Connected the HDMI IN to the laptop [source] first before connecting the other HDMI to the TV [display screen]. Everything works.

Good Product
Works well. Easy setup. Started working as soon as I plugged in my BlueRay player in the closet.

Works Very Well
I got this to replace an older unit which broke. (Another brand). These work really well, and I am happy with the improvements that have been made over the last several years. First is the redesign to include the HDMI splitter and transmitter in the same transmitting unit. This allowed me to get rid of one of the things in the tangle of electronics and cables behind my TV. Second is the use of power over ethernet (POE) which uses the ethernet cable to bring power to the receiving unit. Another wall supply that is no longer needed. The picture on the remote TV is very good--no interference or artifacts. The only problem with these less expensive extenders is their limited life. I have never had one, of any brand, that lasted more than three years. It is a good thing that they are inexpensive.

Works!
It worked perfectly for a theatre show, it did just fine with an extension cord running along side the cat 6 cable. I was very impressed by the performance of this product. We used a 100’ cat6 line, no problem at all.

Works as advertised. Love it
First impression: What?Bought it, and: No regretsNo issues, easy to use, surprisingly reliable. Looks like it could turn out like one of those kvm devices that almost never work reliably, but this works so well I forget the actual cable box is in another room. In other words, looks like it could be a cheap throwaway device, but it’s actually a solid quality product.Remote control: works as well as pointing the remote directly at the attached cable box itself.Picture and Sound: I have low standards for TV watching, so it’s been great for this purpose. 1080p resolution. However, my first experience was with a 4K display and 4K projector at my partner’s place. No problems. Amazingly simple but effective product allowing us to easily switch from everyday TV watching to movie watching on a big projector screen. Love it.

POE over Ethernet to HDMI extender
Easy to connect and set up, comes with IR audio blaster. Make sure to use Cat6 or better for POE @ 200ft.
