These transition and door ramps are an excellent and essential upgrade. Very well made. The rubber couplers sent with the ramps originally didn't seem to be very robust for what I would need , so I requested additional couplers from the company. They were very helpful and the couplers they sent were indeed much stronger and fit more solidly than the originals. Depending on your use, consider asking the company for the upgraded/thicker couplers... photo for comparison.
