Cheap plastic supports for swivals , one already broke with moderate wind, does not always rotate-flag messed up UPDATE Seems company reached out and said they would replace rings on poles with metal ones, will wait and see what becomes of this The company did send new items to replace the old ones and they look like they’re more heavy duty. I have not put them on yet but thanks for the company for responding for my complaint. Looks like they’re a legit outfit.

easy to put together. BUT…
Positives: The flagpole is as attractive as it is displayed on the webpage. It feels sturdy and I think it will do a good job. I particularly like how the flag should spin around the pole instead of getting twisted. I look forward to seeing if this works. Negatives: I got the black pole and the paint is easily scratched. I have been DIY assembling furniture for 40 years. These assembly instructions are absolutely horrible. There is no parts list, thus you have to figure out where which pole and the extra pieces go. once I finally figured out where everything goes, it took me less than two minutes to put the whole thing together Most importantly, one of the three identical pole pieces is bent at the end. This will prevent me from using the entire length of the pole

Well made takes three different flag sizes colour finish is excellent. Easy to remove and attach the pole. Looks good and fits its surround well.
