My grandson loves this cbair he's so settled in it very quickly. 100% soothing....

I like this product very much the only negative is the warranty period is only for 6 months ( I didn't realize this at the time of purchase ) I thought there would have been 12 months warranty as standard. Otherwise I certainly can't fault the product ( at this time ) . It is great for relaxing the baby . Overall at this point I am very happy with my purchase.

Really great system. Our baby loves it. She's gently swayed and rocked. Harness could benefit from tighter settings for sure. My 16 week old is a little loose in it so I would imagine a newborn definitely would be. I know the age for this is 0-6 months but you would need to make sure their head is supported if under 3 months or wait until they are 3+ months old to use.

The product does not bounce neither does it rock smoothly, it is rigid causing the baby to jump as it moves from side to side.The harness should be adjustable and so should the head rest.This was a present for my grandson and it wasn’t cheap. I now have to purchase another bouncer as I am so disappointed with the purchase and feel embarrassed that this is a gift that he is unable to use.Not the best product at all.

Worked for a month and then would not power up when plugged in.Pretty sad for an item that costs 100+ pounds.However when we contacted Bababing directly they were happy to replace it.Amazing customer service!
