Libro strabenfatto. Un sacco di ricette autentiche e ben descritte. Non do 5 stelle solo perché una foto esplicativa qua e la non avrebbe guastato secondo me. Il libro ne è completamente privo. Ottimo comunque e consigliato.

I bought this book as a Christmas present for a friend after an amazing Nepalese meal in Bath, UK, so she could recreate some of the dishes we loved at home. The author has brilliantly captured the flavours that made our experience so memorable, and is clearly deeply connected with the culture too

Awesome and authentic recipes. Pure nepali style 100%. I miss some directions in a few of the recipes, (the momo dough, the gundruk making process...)But it is a MUST for everybody interested in cooking Nepal meals at home.

The recipes are very simple and they taste great! I love this book, aaloo ko achar is out of this world delicious.

There is no that much book that has authentic presentation about Nepali cusine. In the world people hve misunderstanding between the actual difference between authentic Indian and Authentic Nepali cuisine. Similar situation is still existics between Tibetian and Nepali cooking. I found this book as true representation of primitic authentic Nepali food prepared at home. In the occasion if there is delima if certain cuisine is really authentic Nepali, this book can be greatly helpful as references to authentic so. I have not seen any book other than this which is really akin to reality. It is really a great contribution.
