Easy to use / nice results
This pan performed exactly as expected and was easy to use. I'm very happy to have found an American brand source for my kitchen equipment and was impressed that this company is the manufacturer of choice for King Arthur Flour. Upon its arrival I washed it in warm, soapy, water with a sponge, dried it, and then did a light greasing of the inside and the top edge with Crisco Shortening. I was not sure of if my dough would all fit in the pan (new recipe from an unrelated book without a weight provided) so I halved it and only placed half in this pan and half in a silicone bread pan. The metal sides gave the bread a nice structure and I noticed a better overall light crust on this loaf. I didn't have any issues at all with sticking or the bread removal and cleanup was a breeze. If you like to bake and/ or buy American then this is a great option for you.

Love my new Pullman pan!
Love my new USA Pullman Loaf Pan! Great non stick. Bread slides out of the pan with ease. Makes delicious soft sandwich bread. I will be using this pan often (even went back and got another size for when I make a smaller loaf). Highly recommend.

Perfect!!!!!
I make Shokupan, Japanese milk bread, and this pan is perfect! Make sure you don't overfill the pan, I did and the lid was a little hard to open but with experience comes information. The pan is super nice, very sturdy, thick, professional, it's heavy duty and durable. It is rust resistant but if you want to keep it rust free, wipe it down after hand washing and let it sit out overnight, tilted to drain any remaining water. The capacity is excellent and will make a large loaf. This pan is really nice and would make a lovely gift for any baker.

A Must-Have for Perfect Bread Baking!
The USA Pan Bakeware Pullman Loaf Pan is hands down one of the best loaf pans I’ve ever used. The quality is immediately apparent—made from aluminized steel, it’s sturdy, durable, and truly built to last. The nonstick coating is exceptional. Loaves release effortlessly, leaving no crumbs behind, and cleanup is a breeze. I’ve baked everything from sandwich bread to brioche in this pan, and each loaf comes out with perfectly straight sides and a golden crust. The addition of the cover makes this pan incredibly versatile. It’s ideal for baking classic Pullman loaves with that signature flat top, but it can also be used without the lid for standard bread recipes. The size is perfect for larger loaves (13 x 4 inches), and the even heat distribution ensures consistent results every time. What I appreciate most is that it’s made in the USA, which speaks to its quality and craftsmanship. If you’re serious about baking and want a pan that delivers professional results, this is it. Worth every penny! Highly recommended for home bakers and pros alike.

Perfect
It is so funny that we are programmed from the grocery store of how the breads should look. It never made a difference to me because it was my bread, but to see my bread look like the King version of Stroman bread is just wild. I purchased the larger pan and my raisin bread came out nice. It released from the pan with ease. But I did have a scare, from my last photo showing that while in the oven it tried to spill out and I couldn’t get the top off at first, so I decided to have patience and let it cool down and then it slid off with no problem. My raisin bread recipe called for 5 3/4 cup of bread flour.
