I use this product for messeging on xbox, and discord and twitch. its quick the keys are somewhat small but they are hard keys, so you can type soft and you wont mess up. very easy to install as well.

We really liked this product. We even bought two. But after 6mo, it just stopped working. No idea how to fix it or get in contact with anyone for customer support.

Keyboard was great, but it stopped working (buttons skip like it cuts in and out) after a month. I went to the support website listed by Amazon, and it goes 404 not found.

Love it makes msging threw chats alot faster than using joysticks on controller when not using headset if headset need charging

Makes it so much easier to text in world chats.

After a couple of hours of cursing and bafflement, reading the reviews about it not fitting, I saw a little video of someone first removing the little antenna from the keyboard adjacent to the connection….. fits snugly, easily and works a treat! Very useful and excellent value.

Works right after plugging. No setup needed and I didn't even link/bind the receiver.Can't compare with others since chatpads have largely disappeared on market. There is no flaw as far as I can tell and it's really nice they still sell it here.

Pretty easy to put on controller, still comfortable to hold.
