Comes immediately - of course and is really easy to use and access quickly you can enter a word in search and hey presto.

I enjoyed the layout of this book and even though there is controversy over the techniques doing and seeing for yourself does not lie.I have personally built and used a synchrometer on myself and can attest to its efficiency. I would recommend this book and the authors other books to complement ones' education. It is really written for the masses who are not technically inclined. You might read elsewhere that she is a quack and her techniques and ideas are not sound but the cost of deciding yourself with your own synchrometer is minimal. I say "people do not die of disease but of ignorance". Educate yourselves.

It’s a book for determined people, not for casual spur of interests.
