I noted my skin glowing more. However, you have to be consistent and take it daily. Soft flavor, can mix it with pretty much anything. The packing is so convenient I can take it anywhere.

I recommend to take this at leaat 1 hr before bed time. If you mix the packet with just a little bit of water (I use about 1/3 cup) the flavor isn't as intense and won't keep you awake. For some reason, if I take it as a straight powder it makes me wide awake. Otherwise, it works very well and I can see the difference in my skin :)

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wish this was returnable, it definitely is not for the faint when it comes to the fishy taste. It's like eating a raspberry with fish oil on it. It's quite intolerable for people not used to the taste of fish or people who dislike the taste of fish, like I do. If you eat fish a lot and are blind to the taste, then this is perfect for you. But this definitely has a pretty fishy aftertaste! I'll still use it because I can't return it, I'll mask the taste with something. Take my review with a grain of salt, this is about my personal taste, not about the product being bad!!

I have 3 stars. I think they should say where they source the fish. I ended up using them. Taste is tolerable. You are supposed to use b4 bed. I did notice a glow in face. I was grossed out when I read they use tilapia. I’m not sure where it’s sourced but the United States doesn’t have high standards regarding food, supplements etc and they farm the fish in disgusting conditions

I wish I had taken a picture of my face before taking this. I'm one month in and just realized the creases around my mouth are less noticeable! I am also sleeping better. I definately take it with some water an hour before bed with my evening meds. The taste is nice and subtle this way.
