How hot is the max setting

From what I have found out it will heat up to 194...most hot dogs as pre cooked so that does not really matter...about 130 is the optimal temperature whether pre cooked or not.

Why did my order not get to me and it said it was delivered

It could have maybe somebody took it, there are times when it says it was delivered and it will show up the next day if it was a late delivery in the evening
