Heavy duty sifter for big and small jobs in the kitchen!
It's built solidly! It sifts wonderfully, so many only cover a small portion of their base, this covers almost all of it. I love using it after my 3rd generation sifter finally broke down. So if you're looking for a solid flour sifter to get the job done right , I'd recommend getting this one.

Quality sifter, easy to use
For the most part this sifter works well. It can hold about 2 cups of flour before it needs to be sifted, and the sifting process is easy and handle is comfortable. It's completely dishwasher safe, and comes out just as pretty as it went in (unlike some others I've bought). However, the flour doesn't typically all get sifted so I spend time whacking it with my palm to get all the flour out. Also, the flour spills out of a hole near the handle (where the wire comes out). It's already sifted flour, but can miss the bowl if you're not watching it or using a smaller bowl. It's a small amount so doesn't affect recipes, but does leave a mess on the counter which is just one more thing that has to be cleaned up. The bonus plastic piece that comes with it seems a bit flimsy, but I've not used it yet.

Wooo! Very shiny! But seriously.. this thing is great! My last one didn’t wait for you to turn the handle before it let out some flour. Perefect size, durable, seems like it’ll last a long time. I don’t plan on washing it though.. my last one started to rust, I believe bc you can hand dry the small crevices. Thank you

Heavier grade stainless which is preferable
Have not used it yet but it seems well made and a bit heavier than other ones I haw had prior to purchasing this one and that’s really the reason I wanted to purchase this-the others have fallen apart without ever getting much work out of them! I believe I can recommend this product before I even use it!
