After I confirmed the chair was too small for my 6 foot 3 self, I emailed the company and they were kind enough to process an entire refund for me, letting me keep the chair. I’m sure I can still make use out of it in my house as well! Thank you!

I really want to like this chair for it's lumbar support and the price, however at it's lowest setting, my feet barely touch the ground. I'm 5'6" so I shouldn't have an issue, but I need this to be lower to sit correctly and comfortably. Every other chair I've sat in is able to adjust much lower. If you're taller, you won't have a problem. For reference, my inseam is 29"EDIT:They've reached out and offered a solution. They sent a shorter gas lift and provided instructions and video for the removal of the existing installed gas lift which made it easier. Great customer service and ensured i was happy with my order. 😁

There are some good aspects to this chair: the color is a vibrant hot pink, there is some lumbar support, the arms raise, and the chair height is easily adjustable. The customer service is wonderful! I contacted them with a question and they responded immediately, and remained in contact with me until my questions were answered. Give this a try!

It was actually fairly easy to put together and I am very happy with the finished product. It's comfortable and does the job.

I love this chair. I find it very comfortable, and I love the color! The wheels roll nicely, I love that the armrests are padded and can move. I had everyone in my department at work try it out to see if we should get more of them. They all liked the chair. I was a great find!

Great chair for a great price

I installed the product correctly per manual, but after sitting in it for a few days, am noticing that the actual seat beneath the cushion, appears to be defective and tilted. So when I sit, I can feel that the right side of the seat is noticeably lower than the left, causing me to sit in a tilted manner.I tried disassembling and reassembling to see if I screwed things in wrong, but the right side was still slanted lower than the left. I tried sitting on just the cushion after disassembling again, and could feel that the seat itself just had tilt beneath the cushion. I felt that compensating the tilt by shifting my upper body to the left would eventually cause problems.One star for sturdy-feeling quality, and one star for cushion, but I can't really give anything beyond that when the purpose of the chair is defective for the product that I got. I reached out to customer service for a refund to replacement chair, after a few days of re-assembly and usage. No response yet, but it's around New Years so I'm waiting. Will update once they respond.EDIT: They reached back rather quickly and provided good customer service.

EDIT: I was able to connect with the seller and they refunded my purchase. They also offered to replace the chair and I received the replacement with an upgraded version.The replacement is nice but I'm concerned about the faux leather on the seat and arm rests becomming worn too easily. The chair itself is very comfortable. I hope the replacement chair doesn't end up squeaking like the original. I'm updating the review to 4 stars for the excellent customer service.I like the chair but after about a month of owning it, it now squeaks horribly! I have tried using wd40 on it and it still squeaks really loudly. I'd like it replaced but I'm not sure if that's an option. Otherwise, it's very comfortable. It would be better if the width of the chair was slighly bigger.
