The wide array of fruit ingredients and ginger (nice on paper but just can't taste them)
Arrived 7/13/21 fresh and undamaged with best by date '30/SEP/22' (9/30/22.) When I first drank this I thought it tasted like a super weak lemonade very mildly sweetened (with cane sugar.) It is supposed to be "Fruity" and looking at the ingredients (key lime juice concentrate, orange peel, pear, lemon, pineapple, and kiwi juice concentrate) you'd think this would taste like fruit punch. Instead the lemon is notable and if swash it around your mouth you can also lightly discern pear and lime (but orange, pineapple, and kiwi are completely lost.) Then there is peppermint and ginger in this which both normally have loud strong flavor personalities in a beverage and yet they aren't even noticeable. Currently (7/16/21) you receive 12 ten ounce bottles for nearly 40 USD (120 ounces for $40, is about .33/oz or 3.33/bottle.) There really are no 'wow' ingredients in this or anything other then ginger that really strikes me as helping the immune system and the ginger is in such a miniscule amount, while not one mineral or vitamin has over 0%RDA and vitamin C doesn't even get a label mention. So this doesn't taste bad, but it doesn't taste amazing, most of the ingredients aren't discernable in the flavor, is rather pricy, and has questionable at best immunity support or healthy therapeutic benefits.

Light and pleasant flavor, but expensive
I enjoy the flavor of ginger, so I thought these would be a nice healthy drink to have when the sun is hot and I am wanting something with more flavor than water. These were lighter in flavor than I expected, however, I still enjoyed it. It's just sweet enough where it is not like a juice, but not so watered down that it's just colored water. The ginger flavor comes through the most, I can't say I tasted the other flavors as well. But I found it refreshing in a glass with ice and there is a hint of sweetness behind it. I like sweet drinks as much as anyone else, but as long as it's not bitter, I am ok with something less sweet and tasty, and I think this fits that bill. The company seems to use a lot of proprietary blends in their products listed in the ingredients, including this one, which seems more marketing than just listing ingredients, and somewhat of a turn-off for me. You get a 12 pack of bottles, each of which is 10 ounces. While you get a good amount here, I think the price is on the high side.

Actually tastes good, but marketed for a jacked up price point
I’m going to be honest here, it’s basically like the company made a really weak tasting lemon aid with some other ingredients thrown in, and then decided they would jack up the price by calling it an herbal supplement used for immunity support. That is honestly the feeling I get after tasting this a reading the ingredients list. There is really nothing is this in high enough doses that can be claimed to be used for immunity support. And we all know that all a company has to do is say something is medicinal or a supplement and they can jack the price up to 5x-10x the normal price.Basically this tastes like a very light lemonade, honestly it’s actually not bad tasting at all, which is why I still gave it 2 stars. In fact if this were a buck or two a bottle and we’re not marketed the way it was I would probably buy it. But as it is, I see nothing that warrants the price point even if it does taste good.

Light flavor but ginger taste is too strong and spicy
This herbal drink is just decent. It is more of a flavored water. The flavor is light, citrusy and slightly minty but with a potent, spicy ginger aftertaste. I put these in the fridge for several hours before doing the taste test. The light flavor is not bad, fairly refreshing when chilled but the ginger taste is just too strong and spicy. Unless you're a fan of ginger and used to it potent taste, the chances are you're not gonna like it.The drink contains 13g added cane sugar and does taste a little sweet. Traditionally, ginger has powerful medicinal properties including naturally boosting the immune system. However, the ginger taste in this drink is a little too much to stomach, considering I can tolerate ginger well. It tastes a little better when chilled. Overall, this drink is just decent. It may be helpful to the immune health but the strong and spicy ginger taste is a little tough to get over with.

Like Light Fruity & Minty Taste, Pick Me Up Likely From Sugar/Water, Immunity Boost Seems Unlikely
Herb Guru Fruity Immunity Herbal Drink has a sweet, light flavor I find refreshing and thirst quenching on these hot summer days. It has an extract that combines some flavors that I wouldn’t necessarily think would go together with a combination of a fruity and minty flavors. Still, I don’t find the combination unpleasant at all, perhaps because no flavor is all that strong and there’s nothing in the extract with a flavor I dislike.I enjoy this drink most on a hot day as a caffeine free pick me up that feels hydrating and brings my energy level up. I assume the boost I feel is mostly from sugar with the water as it has 50 calories and 13g (just over 1 T.) of sugar in a small 10 oz bottle. I can’t say if there’s enough of anything in the extract to boost immunity, but at least nothing in it concerns me. I generally avoid sugary drinks, but I like this enough to drink it in moderation. Like it. 4 stars.

Light, refreshing, very mild
I love all the flavors in this drink, but I wish they were all stronger! It tastes like a very mild lemonade with a hint of peppermint. I barely notice the ginger at all. The label claims it's 1% juice, and the herbal extracts seem even more diluted than that. I don't drink soft drinks, so the 13 grams of sugar (in a tiny 10oz bottle) was more than sweet enough for me, and I'd honestly prefer less sugar in a drink marketed as a healthy beverage. It's true that mint, ginger and citrus are all wonderful for your immunity and health in general, but it's hard to know how much good this drink is doing without knowing how much of any of these ingredients/ extracts are in each bottle. I'd still much rather drink these than a soft drink or sugary juice cocktail, but I don't think I'd buy them again, especially at over $3 a bottle! At that price point I'd much rather brew my own ginger/ mint tea, add juice and sweeten it to my liking.
