This stuff is really handy. I always used to use chalk and still like it but in my current gym they don't provide it and don't really like you using it. Having it in a bag was a pain. This stuff you just pop open and spray both hands, rub your hands together for a few seconds and let dry for an additional 15 seconds or so and good to go. Really locks you onto the bar. I have done 445 for 6 reps on deadlift touch and go and grip felt really strong.

Should not be advertised as Magic Grip, but as "No Grip" Does not work anywhere near as well as Stick um or even liquids Avoid this product if looking for a better grip.

was looking for the stickum spray but this spray doesn't do anything for grip

Does a great job, I use it when working with small bolts & burrs makes them much easier to hold. Lasts along time.
