I used it in a CPU(PC) A GPU and a CPU(laptop), it works fine and I still have left(7 bought the ) 3.5 grams

i5-126000KF / NZXT KRAKEN Z53 liquid cooler
Just applied this on i5-12600KF with NZXT Kraken Z53 the temperature is between 23℃ & 30℃ without any load or any application open with a couple of apps in the background, and it was like this with the standard Nzxt thermal paste I haven't seen any difference tbh.While gaming, the temperature increased to 40℃ & 50℃, and it was like this with the pre-applied nzxt thermal paste. My room temperature is always between 20℃ & 23℃.There's no huge difference all I can feel is the CPU increasing the temperature slowly. Not worth it if you have a new Nzxt pre-applied thermal paste.
