I've had several of these. The design of the bottle doesn't work. It's hard to open and close, especially with wet hands because there's no way to grip it. Also it clogs. It's designed to be set upside down but since it's difficult to close tight, it leaks. The last one I bought the top came off altogether and I can't get it back on correctly. I'm thinking of changing shampoos and conditioners because of this issue.
