I bought this to use in cooking and also to infuse in some quality oil. I haven’t quite decided if I’m going to use olive oil or castor oil.

This ginger powder is very finely ground. Be careful of the dust. Wear your mask (we all have one) when you first open it. I expected a full ginger smell. The powder does not have a heavy ginger scent. It does have a very Gingery flavor. I like it. A SMALL amount goes a long way, so don't let the light scent fool you. Good product at a reasonable price. Lats a long time.
