Q: Do they have padding ?

No padding at all, so your nips will show when wearing a thin shirt.

Q: What size are these? There is no size listed and no drop down menu either.

They have a range of sizes. There's 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42 and 44. Right below the color combinations you can choose how many you want to get and then below that is the sizes. It's not a drop down menu, it just scrolls from side to side and you click the size you want.

Q: I’ve bought these before. But I am now not seeing a space to put what size I want. ??

When I brought mine it was a size. Sometimes it means they are out of them when no sizes come up.
