Love the anatomical pictures!
The drawings of the skeleton with muscles in color were EXTREMELY helpful. I’ve been a pilates instructor fr 5 years; the details in this book will certainly help me be a better instructor.

Excellent for stiff people
Stretching all parts of body. Very well described and illustrated. I wish I’d found this book years ago. Today my Reformer is covered with clothes and this book motivated me to clear it off and start gaining flexibility again.

Very helpful for new teachers. Gives good ideas for stretching with concise information..Well explained and easy to understand glad I downloaded it.

Dissaponting
It's more like a summary of an introduction to a book. Very basic, very short. There a books out there with more substance for the same price or less. I did not find it useful at all.

Great overview of stretching with Pilates reformer and box.
Author addressed all major parts of the body and how to adapt stretches using the reformer and the box on the reformer and off the reformer.

Beautifully illustrated & explained
Beautifully illustrated & explained. This guide would be a wonderful tool, particularly, for those new to teaching Pilates or learning to use the reformer. As a PMA certified instructor, I didn't find any surprising new info but I have found it useful to share with my clients so they can have a deeper understanding of exactly what & where they are stretching.

Love this book as it's a perfect "tool" to have on hand for teaching Pilates on reformer . The images make it super easy to identify muscle function .
