Good. Easy to use.
Was very helpful at a time I didn't know I needed it. Would recommend and just about the right length. Guides you well and I'll buy again to compare overall journey.

How to keep your young person engaged
My daughter absolutley loves this self awareness/mindful/memory/diary. I did initially think wow that's pricey but it was a much requested christmas pressie as she'd had one before which I'm sure cost less... inflation. Having seen how much she uses it and how it takes her away grom the screens without any nagging from me. How it makes her think about herself in a positive way and encourages her to think on the resason she does things, to consider future, present and to reflect is such a fantastic tool for any young person to adult, I'd love one. Can justify the cost due to the reasons Ive given for liking it and it is still being use.

Not worth the money
Quite expensive for a journal that won’t last many weeks in terms of space. Brought my daughter a cheaper different journal for Christmas and was much better quality!
