Improper cold delivery
The ice was melted and the cheese was funky. Wasted money. After retuning from Greece so excited to be able to find and use this product. Big let down

Great quality but poor packaging
Cheese was good. Purchase three boxes, but one broke open and spilled all the brine out. They wanted pictures, but already threw smelling box out.
