Far superior to my old rusty aluminum cookie trays, these stainless steel trays are anti-rust with high edges to contain juices and crumbs. Plus, they are very, very pretty. SERVING TRAYS: Since they come 5 to a pack, I have plenty to use for a variety of purposes. I use them as lap trays for lunch or dinner as they are the perfect size for meals and drinks to be served on. Breakfast in bed is nice on these too. The shiny finish makes them suitable for showing off & enjoying this way. FOOD PREP & CUTTING TRAYS: I use them instead of wood cutting boards to chop up veggies and do other food prep. Knives do not scratch this stainless steel at all. I can marinate meats on them if I want because they don't develop nicks and grooves like wood and plastic trays, which trap bacteria. These can be cleaned and sanitized easily making them perfect for prepping food without worrying about lingering germs. I never trusted those other cutting boards any way so I'm glad to switch to these. The edges keep chopped produce from falling off and there's enough room to arrange prepped veggies in their own little piles. BAKING : Let's not forget the traditional purpose is to bake -- and these work great for that, too. So far, I've only heated up breads and pizzas but I do plan to bake cookies on these as well.

Bought 5 3 years ago. They still look as good as day 1. Family borrowed permanently 2, so buying 5 more today. Maybe I can put a tracker on them. They are super quality and very turdy, great for tons of oven stuff. We have not gone beyond 375 degrees wit them, and have not seen any warping. Bought the 16 inch size. Have never wished the tray was bigger. Perfect size. They need to be cleaned immediately after use, specially if you burn food on them. A brillo pad and elbow grease takes it all out. They clean best by hand.

Trays are very high quality. I haven't used them yet but they seem too sturdy to warp when you put them in the oven. They are stainless steel and you can feel the weight when you hold them. They are a little smaller than I expected, about the size of a tray for a toaster oven. But you get 5 trays so you can still cook a lot of food at once and smaller trays are easier to work with and fit in the dishwasher than larger trays.
