I am 76 and concerned about falls. I have not fallen yet, but I think it will work. Mine fits right. I will rewrite review if I fall! I was wearing wool slacks that look expensive but are cheap, and the cloth is thin. Today I got a big split in my pants, and I had to run to my car to get another pair.

Excelente producto, fue para un familiar, le resulta muy cómodo y las tallas vienen bien

This undergarment is easy to pull on or off as needed. Only wish I could afford a couple more, to allow washing time off. One caveat: The fly opening (male) is a little awkward to open easily, but it's not a real problem.
