AVOID - Incomplete set
Bought this as a gift. As you can see from the photo, there is a significant number of tiles missing. This is incredibly embarrassing, and appears that the present was cheap, which it certainly wasn't.Now had to order a bag of 500 of the tiles from the same company for £7.88 to save my blushes. Now an incredibly expensive present.

Disappointing waste of time and money
The board I received was bent and the tiles were mismatched. Most were white but there was a large bag of brown tiles with a dot of colour not shown on the picture which I can't use. After spending hours I have run out of 2 colours before I have finished. This is not a cheap item and I think scrimping on the tiles is very disappointing.

speedy delivery, poor product box
Hi I had a very speedy delivery and as I am buying it as a gift I was very disapointed to open the parcel to discover the Item was in a plain white box with the product details on the inside (someone obviously made the box inside out). What could have looked like a quality product now looks like I bought it from a car boot sale. Lets hope the product is better than the box, which I am sure it is (hopefully). I would have given it full marks if it wasnt for the box but as it is a gift presentation is important.

Great real mosaic intro project
Fab little kit with gorgeous real ceramic micro tiles - very easy to cutShame it doesn't include grout and nippers but other than that one of the best mosaic kits out there

Nice item but poor packaging
Nice item but quite expensive for what you get. Disappointing that it didn’t even come in a box and only a plastic bag with no labels on it at all....very inconvenient as it was meant to be a gift for someone.

Fantastic improved product
We have been very impressed with this improved product. The company replaced the previous mosaic. The new version is excellent , very easy to use and effective. We are very impressed with excellent customer service. Thank you for outstanding service!
