Does NOT fit lexus es 300 waist of time
Dony understand hoe people sale things saying they fit your car these mirrors did not fit plug in was different as was the bolt pattern waist of my time very annoying.

Fits however
2000 lexus es300 power connector does not match so no auto control but it's a perfect fit so you can buy a new connector to splice on

one bolt is too long otherwise, great
The bolts are a bit longer than OEM, and this caused a problem on my 99 es300 because there was not room to put the tweeter (speaker) back on. I ended up having to cut the bolt IN PLACE with my saws-all, and it worked fine. STILL. WHY make the bolt too long? WHY?

WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!
Wrong part. Wrong year. Drives me flipping bonkers when you double and triple check to make sure you're buying the wrong part but then the seller drops the ball (on both mirrors)! Waste of my time.

Connector didn't fit my 2001
Mirror fits but can't connect it as the connector is the wrong size.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS DO NOT MATCH!!!
Electrical connectors do not match. Cannot control passenger mirror from driver side which is why I bought this. WILL NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS THEY MAKE IT RIGHT!!!
