Being 5'10, 189 lb looking at them I didn't think the size would fit me. But it does. Kind of like a thong of sorts. I wear extra large pant size so this fits me just fine without being uncomfortable around my waist. To get a hundred of these I am sick for the next 90 days or maybe 60 cuz I work out some days twice. So it's excellent value for my money well spent. Now I use them because I use the sweat shorts and I'm tired of working out everyday twice a day that's a lot of underwear that have to wash. Overall good quality for what I needed which was for spray tanning. The front is a little big which is annoying when trying to spray tan people.
