Vitamins are important more important than people realize and when fasting or weight cutting or even days your super busy and forget to eat lol hiking camping etc it's a super good idea to take them just to make sure your body is balanced and has all of the essentials it needs to fuel yourself these are affordable and have everything you need you really can't go wrong

A lot of additives and things that don't need to be in vitamins such as red #40 and other ingredients that have no nutritional value
