This works great for my chronically dry lips. Waking up with soft lips after applying this the night before is the best feeling. It's still on when I wake up too! During the day, I do have to reapply every few hours, as I'm eating, drinking, etc. I have tried countless other lip balms and this has been the best one for me. It has both hydrating and emollient properties, so it not only hydrates your lips, but it also locks in existing moisture. Usually, I have to layer lip products to get both qualities. It has a bit of a glossy finish. Stickiness is minimal and it feels quite comfortable on the lips. In comparison to other products containing lanolin, such as Aquaphor and Lanolips, I found this much more comfortable and hydrating. In contrast, the products mentioned prior feel quite heavy and sticky on the lips. The price made me stop and think for a bit, as it is expensive for such a small tube. That being said, this lip balm is composed of 100% lanolin and does not contain any additional ingredients such as preservatives. Lansinoh also states that their lanolin is ethically sourced. I highly recommend it overall.

This lip balm is refreshingly simple and highly effective, made with just one ingredient: lanolin. This is by far the best lip balm on the market. It is the only one to actually heal your lips so that you don't actually need to use it that often. It is slightly more expensive than most lip balms but the other lip balms don't actually help your lips at all. The texture is a little like a thicker vaseline and lasts for a long time. Doesn't have a taste.

Nice little lip balm, but to expensive for such a small tube. I use nipple balm before, this one is better to take with me.

The BEST lip balm, honestly, it's so shiny, really hydrating, doesn't dry lips out, and is in handy handbag size. It's the best one ever!!

I am writing this review after using it for one week and I think it has done really good job. I was using Vaseline for my dry lips for a while but I realised that they were not working very well and then I was told by one of my friends to use this and this this was really good and almost I think it has I got the results you know I think in one week time and my lips are quite better now.

Keeps lips hydrated and plump

This isn’t a very effective lip moisturiser. It does have a nice texture and feel on the lips although the moisture element is lacking. The applicator is also good but for the price it is quite small. The only reason I got it was due to being pregnant and wanted a safer option.

Ho preso questo balsamo labbra alla lanolina perché cercavo qualcosa di più efficace dei classici stick, e devo dire che si sente la differenza. Ha una consistenza più ricca e corposa, quindi basta una piccola quantità per lasciare le labbra morbide e ben protette più a lungo. Lo trovo particolarmente utile quando le labbra sono molto secche o screpolate, perché dà una sensazione di nutrimento immediata e aiuta a mantenerle più confortevoli. Non è il classico burrocacao leggerissimo, quindi secondo me rende meglio proprio come trattamento o comunque quando serve un prodotto più intenso. La confezione è pratica da tenere in borsa e nel complesso mi sembra un buon prodotto. Per chi apprezza la lanolina e cerca un balsamo più efficace della media, per me è promosso.
