I love this runner, the quality, thickness & feel of it is top quality. I initially purchased it to use in main entry area to catch anything people or the dogs might track in, it was so nice that I decided to move it to the family room. The dogs also seem to prefer the runner as well and it’s become their preferred spot for toys. It’s very easy to vacuum & I had no problem with the runner straightening out after unrolling, I just put a couple books on each end for about a day & have had no issues with curling. I didn’t need to use backing on the wood floors as any movement was minimal for the time I had it the front room prior to moving it. I definitely recommend Safavieh line of rugs, and because of the surprising bang I got for my buck, I will definitely purchase more. The variation in color between the pics taken on the wood floor vs the black carpeting had more to do with time of day and lighting, the warmer tones on the pictures where the runner is on the wood floors was due to lighting & taken in the evening.

We love this Carpet! Very well made and beautiful color. You cannot tell that this is a used carpet. Wrapped very well and laid flat right away. Fresh carpet smell too! 😊

This is our second Safavieh rug purchase this year. We have yet to be disappointed! This rug is not as plush or soft as some of their shags but it definitely is made for high traffic areas such as our living room. It is semi- soft under foot and is welcoming on cold floors. It came rolled up with instructions and was delivered straight to our door. It unrolled and took just a bit to air out and flatten. We put heavy books on the corners to get it to lay flat faster. The colors are wonderful. Within a minute of putting it down, our oldest dog immediately lied down on it wagging. If you have kids and big fluffy dogs, this is the rug for you! It is extremely easy to vacuum. You will want a rug pad under it for hard flooring as it will slip without. We got a basic pad for this rug and will be ordering a more heavy duty pad when we order the larger version for under our coffee table.

Immediately I dislike the colors. "ivory", looks more like a light yellow. "Grey" looks more like black.It would have been helpful to see a swatch of it before I chose this color. My suggestion would be that, they be provided if a customer request it. It would save a customer the disappointment, and save the shippers money on the back and forth.It's really too large to return. That is really the complaint that I have. Here is what I admire.Safavieh brand has good quality rugs. This one in particular, is very comfortable to the feet.It is very easy to vacuum. It doesn't shed . It should be easy to maintain because the thickness is exactlythe right depth to comfortability. I purchased the Grey and Ivory Runner 2'3" x 7' .I recommend this product but with a word of advice, make sure it's the color you want.After all, you're investing in your home and life. Hope this review helped someone!

It took a little longer to receive but was totally worth it! The rug is thick and plush. The colors are just as described in the pictures. I rolled in back and forth and added weights to the four corners. After 12 hours I added rug tape and it was good to go! It has stretched out over the weeks and it a beautiful addition to our entryway. I plan on buying a 2nd one to complete the walk way.

Five months after we purchased two of these rugs, they have held up SO nicely. They're in our family room, and endure spills from children, muddy footprints of children and large dogs, and even a few potty training accidents that were not small.Stains come up very easily (we use woolite carpet cleaner), there's no lingering dirt or damage from liquid, and I'm surprised at how soft and gentle the rug feels under bare feet for a medium pile rug. It feels so good to walk on. The colors are beautiful, too.

Before I ordered the 8x10 rug, I ordered a 2’6”X 4 ft rug , I decided it would be easier to return, if the colors or texture were ok not what I wanted. Color and texture were perfect! I immediately ordered the larger rug. Received the larger rug in 7 days. Came rolled and packed in plastic. Read the directions not to cut along the plastic. It was a little difficult to get out of the plastic but we got it out. The edges of the rug were curled up a little, but we just rolled the edges under and the rug immediately flattened. It feels verynice on bare feet, vacuums easily The two tone blue allows vacuuming without the vacuum marks. Very happy with my purchase!
