A good help!
I ordered this to hope that by doing a regular exercise I may lose weight. I am not overly overweight but just want to lose some so I can fit to some of my old but favourite clothes. I'm still way away there yet but very hopeful to lose some pounds one day. It's still an early stage to say it's working to he honest but I'm sure in the long run with more determination it will happen that I will fit in my old clothes.

Un attrezzo del passato sempre utile.
Questo "diciamo" mini vogatore lo usavo 30 anni fa da ragazzo e seppur questo appaia ancora piu piccolo ed economico, continua a fare il suo efficiente lavoro per irrobustire la zona braccia, busto, dorso e spalle. A mio personalissimo parere poca spesa tanta resa!
