I tend to use a PC for a combination of tasks; basic office functions, selling products and some entertainment. This system is fast enough to satisfy my needs. It has a nice, small footprint, and several USB ports, which will allow me to connect all my peripherals. Shipping was quick, and it arrived in the promised time frame. I'm really pleased with the purchase!

what i liked about this product is that it is good for gaming i have no complaints there. i can play world of warcraft and other games with no issues... the computer runs great. What i dislike about the problem is that since i got it it crashes alot. i get alot of blue screens of death. i could see if i had the computer for a good amount of time maybe i could see issues occuring but i've had them since i got the computer in within the last month. and its not just one issue every time i turn around its a new code for the blue screen of death. well downloaded a program that said it'd fix it that didnt work. i finally got it to do a restart after watching several video's to get it to work as it wouldnt. and yeah nothing still tons of corrupted files and then after all that today the damn thing lost net and i dont mean i couldnt connect i mean it was totally gone no wifi option to hook up no way to re-add my information as there was no way to. so on top of constant crashes there's no way to connect to the net. i had to hook up my old computer again what a waste of money. had it just over a month and its only good as a paper weight

Powerful low cost Windows computer in a small package. Having used Macs for years, wanted a Windows computer. This unit powers up in seconds. No bloatware like computers years past. Great visual display for work use. Have not used for video games. Need to buy one for yourself.

Purchased two of these to be used at home for grade school teens. Much better than a notebook that can disappear in the middle of the night. No problems running any of the applications required by the school. One runs Visual Studio and the other Fusion 360. Have not had any complaints with either application nor any problems with the games they play. The WiFi 6 connects to my router at 1.2Gb's so internet is full speed.

Well, I soon discovered that you can't push this computer. I have a lot of movies that I converted from my BluRay collections to digital media on backup hard drives. While trying to move files to my main external HDD, the computer would either lock up or give me the blue screen of death. I've tried everything possible to figure out what is causing it and even tried solutions from the internet. Nothing. Eventually, I found that I can only move one movie at a time over. One. Otherwise it will lock up. I think the largest file size I have is 2.5gb. The rest are 1gb to 1.5gb in size. I have been around computers for over 35 years and have NEVER had this problem. NEVER! Heck, sometimes even just giving the computer the ol' restart to clean things up and give it a fresh go, locks it up. For the money I spent, I definitely did not get my moneys worth. Next time, I do what I should have... build my own computer.

When I saw good comments here on Amazon I decided to buy this mini pc , but when I received it I realized that I was not right to buy it . At first the device had some starches on its base like it is used or refurbished . Although it had preinstalled windows 10 , there is no product key attached to the base of the machine as what always happens with all products that have preinstalled version of windows . The most annoying thing is that I could not access the bios either by using the "" del " key or F7 as that stated by the manufacturer and the keyboard is not working at all during boot , the device is not responding at boot . I tried to press the "reset " button several times but with no luck at all . In the beginning I was happy to have this mini pc to use it as a server in my office but now I got very frustrated to get it work . I can not trust it to carry my accounting files in fact . I tried to contact the supplier by email with no reply and no help . I do not recommend it to anyone . and I want a refund .

I use this to play music, movies, VR games and general comp stuff with my 4K TV. Very fast and powerful for the money. A Laptop with these specs would be close to a thousand dollars. You save big utilizing your tv as a screen. Been using for two months, so far more than satisfied.

A replacement for desktop that now sits fixed behind the monitor, running Windows 11. It runs Photoshop Elements with some notoriously power hungry plugins very happily. It's also fast for excel and word. I'm very pleased with it.

unlike many of the mini pc's out there, where the vendors do not clearly state they are not upgradeable to windows 11, due to lack of TPM module, this one upgrades to windows 11 and i have - good job!

This tiny Windows PC is stunningly fast, quiet, uses minimal desk space and has handled all of the tasks I have set it. There are enough ports to allow extra peripherals such as a USB hard drive for backups and a USB optical drive when needed alongside a mouse, keyboard and even a webcam. Took very little time to set up at the start and manages Windows updates very quickly indeed. No more hours watching a "Windows is Updating" spinner. With adequate memory and a very good sized SSD this product is recommended. One star reduction because there is a decided click heard on connected speakers when starting or terminating software that makes use of sound output. I checked that this was not related to specific speakers by testing multiple devices and on multiple PCs. This is not a big negative but I could not "dock" half a star.

Set it all up, then it crashed, crashed again and wont even start in Safe Mode?

Only issue I have is the audio out is on the front not the back which would have been better.
