I used this all the time until my gym started offering a similar option. It's great for endurance, but it is a bit pricey.

This has 50% more carbs/calories per serving than my prior drink mix, so I was worried it was going to be too heavy to tolerate. Fortunately it works well for me and goes down easily. I have the strawberry flavor and it's pretty good. I wouldn't mind more non-caffeinated options.

Misled by the product description and product video to think that this had caffeine, but it doesn't which is a disappointment. The video also said that all flavors except for grape had caffeine, but the strawberry hibiscus also does not have caffeine. I suppose the flavor didn't exist at the time the video was made.The product description said it had caffeine so I was expecting it. Other than that, the taste is fine, not too sweet.

There's a sugar-substitute aftertaste that stands out that's discussing to me. If you like the taste of diet drinks you might like this flavor, but if you're like me you'll find it gross. Since I'm cheap I keep drinking it bc there's a LOT of it so it'll last along time, but can't wait to be done with this canister.
