I am rewriting this review. My previous experience of using this toner was rather chemically than expected on my skin as well as in scent. Although my face did not break out after using it down to the half of bottle, it somehow gets really itchy at nights and I am not sure whether it is from the toner.Nonetheless moisturizing effects on the skin is definitely noticeable so I am willing to continue on this one little longer. The scent for me is still..meh..
