Box was open, item a little bit dirty but acceptable. Quality seems good and fits well on my Xiaomi Pro Scooter 2. Cable is just the right length and does not sag.

Amazing to me that a Segway branded lock wasn't more expensive than other options. This comes with a specially designed bracket that fits on the handlebar and allows the lock to slide on and latch into place when you're riding around. It is very innovative and easy - and means you don't have to remember to put the lock into your bag when leaving. You always have it. This is a great accessory if you own one of the Segway e-scooters that it fits.
