I love this plate. I have used it everyday for my meals.

Helpful Visual Reminder and Easy to Use
I got this plate just to give me a little extra help with portioning, even though I already know what to do. It’s a nice visual reminder and makes meal planning feel a bit easier. I really love that it’s microwave and dishwasher safe—that’s a big plus for me. It’s lightweight but still feels sturdy enough for daily use. Overall, it’s a simple but useful tool for staying on track.

Good visual reminder of portion sizes
Second time I bought this, as I resumed learning about appropriate portion sizes as a goal to continue healthy eating. Of course, it’s just a plate! But the visual sections are quite helpful - and a good reminder that vegetables should be the main portion on your plate.

Portion control
I love how it helps control your portions because even when we are eating healthy; we could be eating more calories. I had a Gastric sleeve in 2016 and have gained some weight. This has helped my stomach pouch to shrink again the plate is sturdy material and easy to use wash/clean. My dietician recommended it and I am very pleased with my purchase. It it helping in my Weightloss journey along with other life style changes again.

Need dividers in the plate for food
The plate is nice by color design, but wedges in the plate are needed to keep food from running into other foods
