Health alert! I love IceBreakers and started buying them by the bag to save money since I had become addicted to chewing gum and ice. When I wasn’t crunching on ice, I was popping two IceBreakers at a time for the initial bite and cool hit of mint (I kept them in the fridge) then spitting them out and popping more. Sometimes I would chew as many as 30 a day! Thankfully, I found out my intense cravings to were a condition called pica caused by anemia (low iron).
