No particular scent, which is a good thing. It's a spray so no comment on thickness. Works great, better than others. So, you pay the price.

I don’t know if this works, but we went out of the country and were informed bed bugs was a thing there, so we sprayed all the mattresses down with this. There’s no smell and it dried fast.
